Hmm, I'm not so sure. What if the client wants to track the employee as a Lead first, then convert them to a Contact later? I'd go with option B just to be safe.
Definitely Contacts. That's where you add employee records, right? I mean, Accounts are for companies and Leads are for potential customers. This is a no-brainer!
Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. Contacts seems like the logical choice since it's where we store information about individual people associated with the company.
