I would go with C) Add the Indirect Contract Manager group as an additional user under the Users tab in the Contract Manager group, it seems like the most logical choice to me.

Haha, C is just silly. Why would you add the Indirect Contract Manager group as a user to the Contract Manager group? That doesn't make any sense at all.

I think B) Create the Contract Manager group at the template level and add the Indirect Contract Manager group as a team member makes more sense.
