I agree with Kaycee. Adding the Indirect Contract Manager as a child to the Contract Manager group is the way to establish the Parent/Child relationship.
Option D seems like the obvious choice here. Why would we add the Indirect Contract Manager as a child to the Contract Manager group? That doesn't make much sense.
Actually, I think B) Create the Contract Manager group at the template level and add the Indirect Contract Manager group as a team member makes more sense.
