Hmm, I'd say A, C, and E. The Recommendation module, Customer Recovery, and Segmentation seem like the heavyweights here. Although, a 'Test and Reporting' module? Sounds like someone's been watching too many infomercials!
I'm going with B, D, and E. The Foundation module for data collection, Test and Reporting, and Segmentation all sound crucial for understanding and optimizing the customer experience.
