Hmm, this is a tricky one. I'm going to guess B) Customer churn and C) Customer order value. Just a hunch, but those seem like the most useful predictions to make.
I'm pretty sure A) Customer lifetime value and B) Customer churn are the two correct answers here. Those are the classic predictive metrics in my experience.
I think the correct answers are B) Customer churn and D) Customer volume. Those seem like the most common types of predictions for a predictive indicator.
