Ah, the age-old question of where to store customer roles. Can't we just have a level called 'Hierarchy of Awesomeness' and put it there? No? Okay, I'll go with D, Customer profile.
Hmm, I'm not so sure. Wouldn't the role be more closely associated with the relationship between the company and the customer? I'm going with B, Relationship.
I think the role of a B2B customer should be stored in the Customer profile level. That's where all the detailed information about the customer is typically kept.
