Well, if I had to bet, I'd say the answer is A) Transaction /IWFNDN4_ADMIN. Sounds like the kind of administrative tool we'd use for this kind of thing. But who knows, this exam is tough!

I think the answer is B) Transaction /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE. That's the tool we use to manage OData services, and publishing the notification service group seems like it would be part of that.
