I'm going with 'Automatic actions'. It just makes the most sense to me. Email is something that happens behind the scenes, without us having to do much.

But doesn't sending an email require a specific action to be triggered automatically?

Haha, the email task is definitely not a 'Service or other action'! That's like putting it in the 'Miscellaneous' category. Come on, we're better than that!

Wait, isn't the email task an 'Event'? I mean, it's triggered by something, right? Like, when someone sends you an email, that's an event that starts the task.

Hmm, I'm not sure about that. The email task seems more like an 'Automatic action' to me. It's something that happens without much user intervention.

I think the email task is part of the 'Main actions' group. It's a core functionality that we use daily, so it makes sense to be in that category.
