I bet the person who came up with option D was the same one who thought turning it off and on again would fix the world's problems. A and B are clearly the right choices here.
D sounds like a job for a different tool altogether. The hdbuserstore is all about managing user credentials, not system recovery. A and B for the win!
C is an interesting choice, but I don't think the hdbuserstore is used for configuring failover. That's more of a deployment concern. A and B are my picks.
A and B seem like the correct answers here. The hdbuserstore is used to store connection information for the HANA client and the XS advanced engine, right?
