I'm going to go with B as well. It makes sense that the commission would be shared with the manager but not the regional manager.

A: Right, but the regional manager doesn't get any of it.

That's a good point, User 3. It could be a way to keep the sales representative's manager motivated to help them succeed.

Haha, I bet the sales rep is really feeling the 'roll' of that commission. But seriously, I think the answer is B - rolling measurement and incentives.

Yeah, that makes sense. The manager getting a portion of the commission is a form of incentive.

Hmm, I'm not sure about that. It seems like it could be rolling category hierarchy results, since the commission is being shared across different levels of management.

I've never seen in documentation, nor videos, the possibility of "Rolling measurement and incentives" (that sound quite good as solution). I only read about rolling Credits, then it would be the answer D. If anyone could show how to rolling incentives, please share with us, I would appreciate it a lot

But why wouldn't it roll up to the regional manager? Maybe it's to incentivize the manager to support the sales representative.

I agree with User 1, it makes sense that part of the commission would be rolled up to the manager.

I think this is an example of rolling measurement and incentives, since the commission is partially rolled up to the manager but not the regional manager.

Ugh, these exam questions are always so convoluted, aren't they? I mean, seriously, 'rolling deposit results'? What does that even mean? Anyway, I'm with the group on B being the right choice here.

I think they are trying to test our understanding of incentives here. B makes sense to me as well.

You know, I was leaning towards A at first, but the more I think about it, the more B makes sense. The key is that the commission is being rolled up to a specific level of management, but not beyond that. Definitely a tricky one, but I think we've got the right answer.

Haha, this question is making my head spin. Rolling this, rolling that - it's like a game of musical chairs! But seriously, I agree with the others that B seems to be the best fit here.

Ah, I see what they're getting at here. By rolling the commission up to the manager but not the regional manager, it's creating a sort of hierarchy or cascade of incentives. So I think B is the right answer.

I'm not entirely sure about this one. The question doesn't mention anything about a hierarchy, so I don't think it's rolling category hierarchy results. And 'rolling deposit results' and 'rolling credits results' don't really make sense in this context. I'm leaning towards B as well.

Hmm, this seems like a tricky question. The key here is the fact that the commission is rolled up to the manager but not the regional manager. That sounds like an example of rolling measurement and incentives, so I'm going to go with option B.
