As an interviewer, I can say that B is the way to go. I don't want to be constantly updating my availability in multiple systems. Just sync it up with my Outlook and we're good to go!
Haha, entering the time slots manually into the system? That sounds like a nightmare for the poor interviewer. B is definitely the way to go, nice and automated.
D sounds tempting, but I'm pretty sure the interview slots should be coming directly from the interviewer's calendar, not the career portal. B has to be the right choice here.
I think the correct answer is B. Populated from the outlook calendar of the interviewer. That's the most logical way to integrate the interview scheduling with the interviewer's availability.
