I don't know, this seems like a trick question. But I'm gonna go with C. Gotta have that run-time filter set up before you can start building anything else.
Hmm, I'm torn between B and C. But I think C makes the most sense - you need the run-time filter in place first, right? Can't have a pivot chart without the right data.
Option C is the way to go. You gotta create the run-time filter before building the report, otherwise it's like trying to put the cart before the horse.
