I'm just impressed the customer has such a detailed system of event codes. Reminds me of the time I tried to organize my sock drawer - 'Wear once, wear twice, wear thrice, wear until they disintegrate.' Took me weeks!

Option C is the way to go, no doubt. Trying to cram everything into one list (Option B) would just be a mess. Might as well just write 'Anything goes' and call it a day.
