Hmm, let me guess - they're trying to play 'Clash of the Product Managers' during PI planning. Talk about a recipe for disaster!

I believe it's a combination of both C) and B). Product Management should collaborate on prioritization, and planning decisions should not be centralized to avoid such impediments.

Prioritization by Product Management without collaboration? That's just asking for trouble. No wonder we have an 'impediment' on our hands.

I agree with Lynsey. When Product Management prioritizes items autonomously, it can lead to misalignment with the overall plan.

C'mon, how hard is it to align priorities with the team? Seems like someone's been living under a rock.

Ugh, another Product Manager trying to push their own agenda? Looks like we have a case of 'my way or the highway' mentality here.
