I agree with it makes sense that defining the solution design for Agile Release Trains would be more aligned with the Solution Architect's role.

I disagree, I believe it's B, driving the strategy for maintaining the Enterprise's architecture. That sounds more like a responsibility of the Enterprise Architect to me.

I think it's D) Facilitate reuse of ideas and proven design patterns. That's not solely the responsibility of the EA.
