I've got a funny feeling it's B. A Workflow that runs every time an event is generated? That sounds like a great way to debug issues. Although, I do prefer to just turn it off and on again.
Ha, this question is a piece of cake! The answer is clearly C - the method used to generate events in server-side scripts. That's just ServiceNow 101, right?
The Event Registry is actually A) A table containing a record for every Event known to the ServiceNow system which allows ServiceNow to react when Events are generated
