Option D is just weird. Why would you filter out the Resolved value instead of excluding it? That's just asking for trouble.

Option B is a bit clunky in my opinion. Having to locate and right-click on each Resolved value individually seems inefficient.

Hmm, option E is also a good choice. Searching for 'not Resolved' in the State field should give us the same result, but it's a bit more manual.

I'd go with option A. Right-clicking on the State column and filtering out the Resolved option is a quick and easy way to do this.

Option C looks good to me. Using the filter with the 'Is Not' condition seems like the most straightforward way to exclude the Resolved incidents.
