I see your point, but I think Customer admin is more specifically tailored for contact creation.

I believe Customer account manager might also have the permission to create contacts.

I agree with the Customer admin role seems like the right choice for creating contacts.

Hmm, that's an interesting point, Ashlyn. I can see the logic there. But I still think C is the most likely answer. The question specifically asks about 'creating contacts', and that seems like a core function of the customer admin role.

I don't know, you guys. I'm not so sure about C being the right answer. Isn't the customer admin role more for overall account management, not necessarily creating contacts? Maybe B, the customer account manager, would be the better choice here.

Haha, good catch Felicidad! I didn't even notice that. Maybe the exam writers were trying to be tricky, but that just seems sloppy. Either way, C is still the right answer in my book.

Yeah, I'm with you two. The customer admin role is the obvious choice here. But I have to say, I'm a little surprised they spelled 'admin' wrong in the answer choice. Shouldn't it be 'admin' instead of 'admln'? That's a bit of a head-scratcher.

I agree with Talia. The customer admin role sounds like the one that would allow the user to create contacts. The other roles mentioned don't seem to have that specific capability.

Hmm, this seems like a pretty straightforward question. I think the correct answer is C) Customer admin (sn_customerservice.customer_admln). That role would give the user the ability to create contacts, which is what the question is asking about.
