I'm just glad I don't have to deal with all these ITIL roles. Sounds like a lot of bureaucracy to me. Give me a good old-fashioned 'turn it off and on again' any day!

I'm not sure about problem_task_analyst and problem_admin. They might not have the authority to communicate a workaround.

Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. Shouldn't the problem_task_analyst also be able to communicate workarounds? They're the ones working on the problems, after all.
