I agree with Kenny. Data breaches and audit failures are important, but they're more like symptoms of the problem rather than the critical parts of the solution.
A, B, and C seem like the obvious choices here. Understanding the customer's regulatory requirements, risk and compliance personas, and existing GRC processes are key to a successful implementation.
