Yeah, I agree. Snowflake is supposed to be this highly reliable and robust cloud data platform, so it wouldn't make sense for it to just let resources fail during startup.
This question is a bit tricky, but I think I know the answer. Snowflake is all about availability and scalability, so I'm guessing it won't just let the resources fail without doing something about it.
