MONITOR and MODIFY, easy peasy. Although I did consider USAGE just for the fun of it. Maybe on a slow day at the office, I'll try to USAGE my way into the resource monitors, see what happens.

Definitely need MONITOR and MODIFY for this one. Can't imagine you'd need OWNERSHIP, that seems overkill.

Hmm, I think MONITOR and MODIFY would be the least privileges needed to view and modify resource monitors. That makes the most sense to me.
