I think Talia is right, WINDOW_SUM(SUM ([Quantity])) makes more sense for including a number with the position of each state within each region.

B) INDEX () is the way to go, no doubt about it. Unless you want to end up in the doghouse, that is.

D) LOOKUP (SUM ([Quantity])) is a bit of a wild card. I don't think it's the right fit for this problem. B) is the clear winner in my opinion.

A) FIRST () sounds like it would just give you the first state in the region, which isn't what we need. B) INDEX () is the way to go.
