D is the answer. You get a default context plus a list of standard ones to choose from. Gotta love that Talend Studio makes it so easy!

I believe Talend Studio defines a default context, and you can define more as needed.

B sounds right to me. Talend Studio gives you a default context, and you can add more as needed. Seems like the easiest way to handle contexts.
