Maybe the administrator just doesn't have the right permissions to unassign the rules?

If that's the case, then they can't be disabled once assigned.

Yeah, I agree. It's probably because they are automatically assigned to all firewall policies.

I think the rules are hard-coded, so they can't be unassigned.

That's a possibility, Nida. Maybe they were assigned through a Recommendation Scan and can not be disabled.

I think the rules can not be unassigned because they have been hard-coded with the policy details.
