Yeah, 'Error' makes the most sense. Catching and stopping should definitely count as an error.

I agree with 'Error'. 'Fatal' would be too extreme unless the system needs to shut down.

I'm not so sure about 'Fatal'. 'Error' seems more appropriate because it's an exception but not necessarily critical.
