I've heard that for this specific case, A) 1:1 NAT might be the best option as it maps one public IP address to one private IP address.

Nah, 1:1 NAT is more for mapping one-to-one between public and private IPs. In this case, we need to translate the destination IP for any incoming traffic, not just a single IP.

Yeah, I agree. DNAT makes the most sense here. We need to translate the destination IP address of the incoming traffic to the IP address of the Web VM.

This question seems pretty straightforward to me. I think the answer has to be DNAT (Destination NAT) since we need to allow any machine on the public network to communicate with the Web VM running in the NSX-T environment.
