Alright, time to show off my NSX chops! B and D, no doubt about it. Although, I do wonder if the exam writer has a secret love for the 'Geneve protocol'. Maybe they're a big fan of obscure networking protocols.

I think B and D are the correct answers. The esxcli network ip interface ipv4 get command gives you the IP address of the VMkernel port, and the esxcfg-vmknic -l command lists all the VMkernel ports.
